Update - Whitey Recovering Slowly

Updated: Sep 18, 2019

WHITEY THE SAD YOUNG DOG RUNNING WILD WITH DEEP BITE WOUNDS AND COVERED IN SORES IS SLOWLY RECOVERING.

Whitey is being cared for by one of our team members from Saving Thailand's Forgotten Dogs. He is confined to his cage because sarcoptic mange he's suffering from is highly contagious. But his carer allows him out to run for a few minutes several times a day and he loves it. This is undoubtedly the first time for months he's been able to run without being kicked by cruel people and bitten by other dogs.

Whitey has a very sad face and must be emotionally scared from his appalling ordeal. He's getting lots of attention and good food from his carer as well as regular treatment for his mange. His deep bite wounds are already closing and the sores on his body drying out.

We are confident Whitey will recover well over time and will become a happy beautiful young dog.
